GIOSAFE™ is a guillotine glass balcony system where glass panels move vertically using a motorized mechanism. The system allows the balcony to be opened or closed by moving the glass panels up or down silently with a single touch of a remote control. The movement of the glass panels is transmitted in a controlled manner via a chrome chain and gear mechanism; in the closed position, a double espagnolette lock system helps secure the panels.

Guillotine glass moves with a single button. What if someone accidentally presses the remote control while you are cleaning the glass?
In GIOSAFE, when the sensors detect that the sash is open, they cut off the power going to the motor. This helps prevent the system from moving during cleaning. Because in a motorized system, safety should not be an afterthought, but a part of the design.
Moving Handrail

GIOSAFE's movable handrail structure works in conjunction with the movement of the guillotine balcony, prioritizing safety in use.
The possibility of your hand getting caught due to negligence during the upward and downward movement of the guillotine glass balcony has been anticipated; to solve precisely this problem, the handrails are prevented from pinching your hand. When the movable handrail comes into contact with anything, such as a hand, it opens upwards and keeps you safe.

When you want to make the glasses sparkling clean, you open the window sashes inward with the espagnolette handles, and clean them in a safe and spacious manner.
